In OIKOS Boutique Residences, we have achieved to skillfully blend together the warm hospitality and brilliant formality that your everspecial event deserves.

Next to our houses, we have created for you a specially designated area for special events and nearby, a separate
space for the reception, which brings together the warmth of a spacious home and the luxury of a ballroom for fine events.

At this meticulously landscaped space of 440 square meters, you can offer your guests a grand welcome, in a friendly and exclusive environment, which will remind them at the same time of home and of a fine hotel.The spaces where the events are held are paved, with non-slip surfaces.

They can accommodate up to 400 guests, more than 150 of them seated. The OikosBoutique Team, in partnership with the country’s leading planners, have carefully designed the entire reception space and dancing floor, to incorporate a complete dinner buffet, a counter for bar services, a DJ Controller deck, Ladies and Gents rooms, and A/V equipment facilities.
